If a Scout needs a Board of Review/Eagle Board of Review, please contact a member of the troop committee to make arrangements ahead of time. The Troop Committee encourages all reviews outside of Monday meetings to occurr at Troop committee meetings --

Mandatory Parent Meeting next Monday -- 9/26 -- 7pm Nativity -- ( we only have 1 per year!!!)

1. Please be prepared to have one adult per scout attend this brief and informative meeting. We will answer questions about the :
   
   • budget, fundraisers, troop organization, parent/scout expectations and goals
   
   
   • help identify ways you can contribute to troop in an area you are comfortable with merit badge counselor process.


2. Please be prepared to pay $50 annual fee for activity fees. If your scout account does not have $50, please be prepared to write a check. This item is listed in the Scout Blue book.


3. Please be prepared to pay any balance due on your scout's account (e.g., Tomahawk fees). If you cannot pay the entire balance, please promptly contact Tim Truman to create a payment plan

Troop Committee Meeting this Thursday -- 9/22 -- 7pm Nativity --
Our tentative agenda is as follows:

1. Tim Truman/ Treasurer -- Review our financial statement (10 min)


2. Tim Truman/ Treasurer -- Review/finalize our tentative budget for 11-12 year (10 min)


3. Paul Craig/Advancement -- Demo Troopmaster web. This new process will allow all parents/scouts to view rank progress/achievements and allow select troop committee members to enter data (10 min)


4. Jane Anderson/Donna Heinz / Fundraiser -- Review/finalize wreath sales. (15 min)


5. -- Troop Commmittee Opening: -- Medical Records, Friends of Scouting

We are sooooo close. Troop stands at $3203, which is $997 away from the base goal of $4200. An adult volunteer has pledged $100 if another 6 people contribute $100/each I will have pamphlets with me on June 6th. The purposes of meeting this goal is that the district covers merit badges/rank adancement costs
Any amount is appreciated. Fyi - Pack 261 was only $100 over goal; not $700 as we had been told so that are not able to 'share' with us.

You will need the 'Long' health form/physicial completed before Tomahawk. This is mandatory for Tomahawk.

If your son has had a physcical in the the last year, just get the form to the MD for sign off (this usually takes about 2 weeks). Another option is Minute Clinic, they were advertising camp physicals for $39.

It is the time of the year that we ask each member of the Troop to take a shift and man the weath sales stand. The money you help us raise goes to benefit the troop by inproving our equipment or providing other activities for the troop. Please assist us by filling in for your shift.
